Premium32, LLC — SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Program description. When you opt in to the Premium32, LLC SMS/text messaging program ("Program"), you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Premium32, LLC and its brands, including Premium 32 VTG and Premium 32 Golf, at the phone number you provided. Messages may include new drop and product announcements, early-access alerts, restock and back-in-stock notifications, order and shipping updates, promotions, and other information related to your interest in our brands. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

2. How to opt in. You can join the Program by submitting your phone number through our sign-up form, at checkout, or by texting our published keyword to our number where offered. By providing your phone number, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission and that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to approximately [8] messages per month, though the number may be higher around product drops or promotions.
